Role Overview: As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that enhance our digital services and drive innovation. This pivotal role contributes to mission-critical projects aimed at leveraging data to solve complex business challenges, working across the full AI/ML lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven features for various applications.
- Build and optimize robust MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering for ML models.
- Work closely with software development teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products and services.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Evaluate the performance of ML models, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on solutions.
- Contribute to the overall data strategy and architecture, ensuring AI/ML solutions are well-integrated and scalable.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, Hugging Face Transformers, XGBoost).
- Proven experience in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms and services for AI/ML (e.g., AWS SageMaker, AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, or similar services on Azure/GCP).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.
- Experience with MLOps practices, including version control, CI/CD for ML, and model monitoring.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
